UK DELIVERY
Our products are dispatched from a UK warehouse.
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after processing.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or unusually busy periods.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been received, it will be prepared for dispatch from our UK warehouse.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking information will also be provided.
SHIPPING COSTS
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Where tracked delivery is provided, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at revalynhome@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information first.
If you still require assistance, contact us at revalynhome@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate the delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at revalynhome@gmail.com.
For damaged items, please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our standard delivery service currently applies to UK orders.
If international shipping is made available, available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges.
