Welcome to Revalyn™. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Revalyn. We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services available through it (the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, explain the terms that apply when you access our website or purchase products from us.

• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
• we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
• we cannot deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
Prices displayed to UK consumers will include applicable VAT where required by law.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
We may correct genuine pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling the order for a refund.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These rights are separate from any additional return period voluntarily offered by Revalyn.
Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods.

Revalyn is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Revalyn.
Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from Revalyn.
Your use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy information.
